Training Center for Empowerment

Our Training Center for Empowerment equips local communities with traditional and modern skills, preserving Bangladesh’s rich artisanal heritage while providing practical livelihoods. We offer specialized craft training in Jamdani, Muslin, Khadi, and Embroidery, enabling artisans to hone their skills, create sustainable income, and carry forward generations-old traditions with pride.

EIP provides full educational scholarships to talented children and youth who lack financial support. These scholarships cover tuition, learning materials, and other essentials, ensuring students can focus entirely on their academic growth and future opportunities.

Trainers

The project engages dedicated trainers and educators who work closely with learners of all ages. They offer structured instruction, mentorship, and skill-building support, helping beneficiaries develop confidence, literacy, and practical abilities that strengthen long-term independence.

Accommodation

For selected orphans and vulnerable children, EIP offers safe, nurturing accommodation through its charitable enterprise, The 40. Residents receive nutritious meals, healthcare, and a stable environment that supports their physical, emotional, and educational well-being.

Job Placement

EIP helps young adults transition into the workforce by providing guidance, training, and support in securing meaningful employment.

Community Empowerment Programs

EIP believes in empowering communities from the ground up. Through our livelihood support initiatives, hands-on workshops, and women empowerment programs, we provide the tools, knowledge, and confidence individuals need to improve their socio-economic standing, promote self-reliance, and contribute meaningfully to society.

Emergency Response Program

When disaster strikes, EIP is ready to respond. Our Emergency Response Program provides swift and effective relief for communities affected by floods, fires, displacement, and harsh winter conditions. From immediate rescue and distribution of essentials to long-term support for recovery, we ensure that affected families have the help they need when it matters most.

Elder Care & Welfare Program

EIP extends its care to the senior members of society through our Elder Care & Welfare Program. We provide bed donations, personalized care support, and medical aid, ensuring that elderly individuals living in vulnerable conditions receive dignity, comfort, and the attention they deserve.
